Personally I liked the factions screen the best, you were in the middle of the ocean and had a nice view of the fire islands and both tyria and cantha. Very nice music to go with it too.

I wish we could at least get to select between the factions, nightfall and eotn ones. They all supported the 30+ character slots stuff.

there was a suggestion in the sardelac sanitarium to be able to restore old opening screens, campfire was always my favorite

Um no... it was released in late April 2006, exactly one year after Prophecies.

I believe they changed the log-in screen some time during February 2006.

I stand corrected. I was reading the /age off my second account. Forgot I started that before Factions.
